Microsoft Outlook is an electronic communication, scheduling, and information management program of significant importance in its ability to support the student in the development of organizational, prioritization, and professional and personal communication skills. Students will learn the fundamental functions of Outlook including contacts, calendaring, tasks, and e-mail (inbox, outbox, drafts, deleted items, sent items, and internet mail).
