	Esther Lattarulo	LATTARULO RECEIVES STAR AWARD Esther Lattarulo, a 2007 graduate of Somerset County Technology Institute, received a Star Award and $300 from the Garden State Employment and Training Conference. She received recognition for her perseverance in successfully retraining and obtaining employment in a new career. Lattarulo began her studies in the Technology Official Professional Program to upgrade her computer skills. She attended classes full-time and found them to be a great challenge. She received encouragement from Dr. Arleen Urban, supervisor of Business Management and Administration Programs. After graduating in 2007, Lattarulo obtained a job with Elemco Building Controls in Hillsborough, where she is employed as an operations manager/bookkeeper. “I am so grateful to SCTI and all of the instructors who not only teach, but also guide you and continue to make sure you succeed.
