	Elizabeth Stitley	Denise Sites
	Elizabeth Stitley, MSN, RN, received the 2009 Outstanding Woman in Education Award from the Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women. She has been the Supervisor of Allied Health Programs at Somerset County Technology Institute since 2003. In this capacity she oversees adult education in Practical Nursing, Certified Nurse Aide, Dental Radiologic Technician, Certified Dental Assistant Exam Review and the LPN Refresher Course, which is the only one in the State of New Jersey. In addition, she supervises seven full-time faculty members and ten adjunct instructors. In her supervisory capacity she has spearheaded the growth of the Technology Institute's Allied Health Program that now offers two full-time day Practical Nursing programs and an evening program. Under Elizabeth¹s supervision a new skills laboratory has been added to the nursingprogram. The lab contains seven work stations, and a Task Training Center, which will soon be equipped with cameras. Her affiliations are numerous. She has served as the President of the Practical Nurse Educators Council, President of the New Jersey League for Nursing and a member of the Board of Directors for the League. Elizabeth is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau, International Nursing Honor Society. In 2004 she received the President¹s Award from the New Jersey League for Nursing. She is a resident of Somerville. Denise Sites, a student in the SCTI Practical Nursing Program, received a $1,000 scholarship from the Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women. Married with three children, Denise intends to continue her education in nursing and become a Registered Nurse. She would like to work in the psychology field. Denise is also a graduate of the SCTI Certified Nurse Aide Program. She lives in Hillsborough with her husband Mike and their children Cody, Kaylie and AJ. Denise works part-time for Catered Affair and the Ultimate Tan in Hillsborough. She is looking forward to beginning a new career as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
